The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, experience in manufacturing / sales / distribution domains , and the ability to lead a development team.
Key Responsibilities Lead architecture & end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions
Hands-on development across CSM, FSM, SPM modules
Ensure platform governance, security, performance & scalability
Lead integrations (REST / SOAP / MID Server / IntegrationHub)
Mentor developers and collaborate with business & IT stakeholders
Required Skills 10+ years IT experience, 8+ years in ServiceNow
Strong in CSM, FSM, SPM (certified preferred)
Expertise in scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, ACLs
Experience in manufacturing / sales / distribution processes
Strong integration and architectural skills
Preferred Certifications CSM, FSM, SPM, CSA / CAD / CIS
