Role : Tech Co-Founder (with Investment)

We’re looking for a visionary Tech Co-Founder who will own the technology strategy, architecture, and execution for Go Extra Mile. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build and scale a high-growth mobility-tech platform from the ground up.

What You Will Lead

🔹 Define and execute the entire technology roadmap

🔹 Architect scalable systems for millions of users

🔹 Build and lead a high-performing engineering team

🔹 Oversee backend, mobile, web, DevOps, and security

🔹 Drive product execution in alignment with business goals

🔹 Conduct deep research on emerging tech and mobility trends

🔹 Collaborate closely on strategy, growth, and long-term planning

🔹 Represent the company in tech, investor, and ecosystem conversations

Equity + Investment

As a true co-founder, you will :

• Receive equity (Discussed based on contribution & investment)
• Contribute a mutually agreed seed-level investment
• Participate in long-term wealth creation as the company scales
• Play a central role in high-impact financial and strategic decisions
