About the Job

We are looking for experienced Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) Consultants to join our Supply Chain Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise in MAWM configuration, implementation, and integration , along with a solid understanding of warehouse operations.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient MAWM solutions while providing L2 / L3 production support, issue resolution, and process optimization.

Job Description

• Configure, customize, and implement Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) modules covering Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into configurations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide L2 / L3 support , including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket management.
• Work on MAWM integrations with third-party systems such as WCS (Warehouse Control Systems) and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) .
• Perform system testing, regression testing, and UAT for enhancements and production releases.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all implemented changes.
• Participate in go-live and hypercare support, ensuring system stability and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues and support end-user training as needed.
