Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary implementation resource during the overallimplementation / onboarding phase of the client lifecycle
• Clearly define identify and document business and technical needs andobjectives
• Create user documentation instructions and procedures
• Assist with training on the administration and use of the solution
• Participate in project calls with customers and act as a subject matter expert onCompany solutions
• Coordinate and track tasks assigned to both internal and external project teammembers
• Execute a variety of project tasks such as procedures scripting data importsconfiguration testing and knowledge transfer
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reportdevelopment or product enhancements
• Work across time zones with nationwide clients and with global team membersacross the U.S. India and China
• Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate requirements gathering andvalidation
• Instrumental in the development of solution engineering guidelines while offeringideas for process improvement
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned.
