Preferred candidate profile

Education : B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience : Site supervision or execution experience in construction / infrastructure projects. Understanding of civil drawings and BOQs. Familiar with construction tools, machinery, and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).

Willingness to work at site locations (often remote or rotational shifts).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player.

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
