Peakline is looking for a proactive, confident, and multilingual Customer Success & Implementation Intern to support enterprise clients on our mobile and web applications. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interactions, problem-solving, and guiding users throughout their journey—from onboarding to adoption and ongoing support.

What You Will Do
Customer Support
- Handle inbound client calls with clear, confident, and solution-oriented assistance
- Guide enterprise users through Peakline’s mobile and web apps
- Troubleshoot functional issues and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
- Document issues, solutions, and follow-ups accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and technical fixes
Implementation & Onboarding
Support the onboarding of new enterprise clients onto the platformConduct client walkthroughs explaining workflows, processes, and usage stepsAssist in configuration, setup, and deployment during implementationCoordinate between Sales, Product, and Tech teams for smooth rolloutEnsure clients transition seamlessly from onboarding to active usageClient Success & Process Coordination
Work on deployment checklists, user training, and field team onboardingTrack client progress during early usage and provide timely follow-upsIdentify recurring issues and share actionable insights for product / process improvementBuild strong relationships with users to ensure high satisfaction and adoptionWhat We Are Looking For
Strong communication skills with confident client-facing presenceMultilingual fluency : English + Hindi (mandatory); an Eastern / North-East Indian language (Bengali, Assamese, Nepali, Manipuri, etc.) preferredAbility to understand app workflows and explain them clearly to clientsComfortable using mobile apps, web dashboards, and basic troubleshootingStrong coordination, attention to detail, and willingness to follow up with clientsPatient, customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitudeAbility to work independently and collaborate across teamsWhat You Will Gain
