Technical Recruiter – IT Staffing (Onsite – Sector 135, Noida)

Location : Sector 135, Noida (Onsite Role)

Employment Type : Full-Time

As a Technical Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating placements of qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet client hiring needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and screen candidates for IT and Non IT roles through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

Conduct technical discussions and initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, attitude).

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure seamless candidate experience.

Manage full recruitment lifecycle — from requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, negotiation, and offer management to onboarding.

Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS (Jobdiva) regularly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients for repeat business.

Understand job requirements and communicate technical skill needs effectively to candidates.

Stay current on technology trends, client industries, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).

2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing (US).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of IT technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).

Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and match suitable resumes.

Proficiency with recruitment tools and job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.).

Experience with ATS tools (Jobdiva).

Proven track record of successful placements and meeting hiring deadlines.
