• Experience : 3–6 years (Preferably from a Kids D2C background;

Shopify experience is aplus)

We’re on the lookout for a Category Growth Manager – D2C who can combine analytical thinking, marketing expertise, and growth strategy to scale our next-generation product categories.

What You’ll Do :

Drive D2C Sales Growth : Own revenue, traffic, and conversion for PW’s D2C website (Shopify) and marketplaces — Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Zepto, Instamart, and global platforms (Amazon USA).

Performance Marketing : Run Meta, Google, and affiliate campaigns to optimize CAC, ROAS, and repeat rate.

Website Optimization : Improve landing pages, funnels, and A / B tests to boost conversion rates.

Retention & CRM : Lead email, WhatsApp, and loyalty campaigns to enhance customer lifetime value.

Analytics & Insights : Track sales, traffic, and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Product Launches : Collaborate with category and design teams to launch new SKUs on D2C channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, tech, ops, and product teams for seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For :

3–6 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce category management or growth .

Hands-on with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools .

Strong data-driven mindset with a passion for scaling categories.

Excellent communication, creativity, and ownership mindset.

Prior experience with Kids D2C brands is a big plus!
