We are currently in the process of securing an RBI Payment Aggregator (Cross-Border) license and launching new products , and are expanding our Growth Team.
As a growth lead, you will you will manage a Cross Border Payment Product line and be responsible to scale it to potentially a $100Mn GTV
Compensation structure : 4-6 LPA + 1 LPA ESOPs
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire customers and drive business growth.
- Identify and onboard high ticket customers for export and import payments use-case.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (ops, compliance, and product) to align goals and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor category performance, track key metrics including GMV & Revenue and optimize models for better results.
- Take ownership of one of the categories and drive end-to-end sales.
Requirements :
2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Partnerships roleExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent.Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft WordMore About Our Company
