About The Role

The candidate required to gather the data from various platforms and need to make meaningful architecture in single sheet. Once the architecture is ready, the candidate is required to create insights from it by applying various logical formulas, running a script or by using a query. Such formats are to be created, and the insights derived from the same should be fed to business manager who in turn convert such insights into decision. The candidate's role is to unearth the insight from the data gathered and feed business manager the same insight in predefined / agreed format on daily basis. The candidate may require drawing process flow chart and may required to own external communication.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Business Analyst to partner with our Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions . This role will be pivotal in driving business insights, streamlining operations, improving cost efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The candidate will act as a bridge between operations, finance, and leadership teams, ensuring timely visibility of business health parameters and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Insights
• Mine, clean, and analyze manufacturing and supply chain data to create actionable insights.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and models to monitor operational KPIs, plant performance, production variances, and logistics efficiency.
• Continuously generate insights to support business growth, cost optimization, and decision-making.
• Business Performance Management
• End-to-end ownership of business projects and assignments, especially those impacting manufacturing efficiency and supply chain performance.
• Develop and manage business health parameters, performance scorecards, and management dashboards for senior leadership review.
• Conduct variance analysis between standard costs and actual costs (materials, labor, inventory, logistics, etc.).
• Financial & Operational Analysis
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on costs, variances, and efficiency opportunities.
• Support management in evaluating investment decisions, market expansion, pricing, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Audit financial and operational processes to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Forecast and analyze costs of production, labor, logistics, and inventory to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Recommend cost-reduction initiatives and profitable operational solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve planning, monitoring, and forecasting.
• Support leadership with insights on business architecture, operational bottlenecks, and growth levers.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance supply chain resilience.
