Known for innovation, craftsmanship, and operational excellence, the company is driving a digital transformation and is looking for an experienced IT Business Partner to manage technology initiatives and align IT solutions with business objectives across global operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and deliver IT projects across India and New York offices.

Act as the bridge between IT teams and business stakeholders.

Optimize manufacturing and export processes through technology.

Manage EMR (Jewelry ERP), web applications, and SharePoint systems.

Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Maintain project documentation, timelines, and compliance standards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or IT Project Manager, preferably in jewelry or manufacturing.

Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and production systems.

Hands-on experience with EMR (Jewelry ERP), SharePoint, and web technologies.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
