Design, architect, and build scalable, robust, and well-tested systems ranging from low-latency REST APIs to real-time streaming pipelines and large-scale batch processing systems .Take ownership of complex engineering problems , design appropriate technical solutions, and deliver them independently with minimal oversight .Work with a broad stack of technologies including Apache Beam, Apache Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, Flink , and Spring Boot .Build resilient, efficient, and maintainable services deployed across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , leveraging tools like Pub / Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc , etc.Review code and provide technical guidance to engineers, ensuring clean architecture and high-quality standards.Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape platform direction, identify technical opportunities, and influence roadmaps .Mentor junior and mid-level engineers , providing support in best practices, architecture decisions, and personal growth.Promote and uphold a culture of engineering excellence , encouraging technical learning, scalable design thinking, and collaborative development.Continuously improve development processes, with a strong focus on CI / CD, testing automation , and system observability.Skills Required
