Job Title : Customer Support Associate – E-commerce Brand (In-office, Noida)Location : Sector 70, Noida (In-office, 6 days a week)Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed + Performance + Attendance bonus)Experience : 0–2 years in customer support / telesales / call centre (E-commerce experience is a plus)Type : Full-time, long-term role (not an internship)About the CompanyWe are a fast-growing D2C health & wellness brand selling products through our website and marketplaces (Amazon, etc.).We get a high volume of calls, WhatsApp queries and messages from customers every day and we are looking for a reliable, honest and long-term customer support associate to join our team.Role OverviewYou will be the first point of contact for our customers – answering their queries, solving problems and making sure every customer feels heard, respected and supported. This is not a pure “sales” job; it is service + relationship-building with our customers.Key Responsibilities (Daily Work) Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages and emails from customers.Answer customer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges and product usage .Call back customers for missed calls / follow-ups .Log every conversation properly in our system / Google Sheets / CRM.Coordinate with operations / dispatch team for delivery or complaint resolution.Follow standard scripts & replies but use common sense and empathy while talking.Maintain polite, calm and professional communication tone in Hindi and basic English.Achieve basic KPIs like : Call response timeNumber of tickets closed in a dayCustomer satisfaction / feedbackMust-Have Skills & Qualities Strong communication in Hindi and basic English (spoken & written).Patience and empathy – ability to listen and handle frustrated customers calmly.Basic computer skills – can use WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, email , etc.Punctual and consistent – comes on time, informs in advance for leaves.Comfortable with 6-day working and festival / season peak workloads.Clear intention to work for at least 1–2 years in the same company (not a short-term internship mindset).Good to Have (Not Compulsory) Previous BPO / call centre / customer support experience.Experience handling Amazon / Shopify / E-commerce customer queries .Knowledge of tools like Excel / Google Sheets / CRM .What We Offer Fixed salary between ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).Upto ₹3,000 / month additional based on : On-time attendanceProper documentation of callsCustomer satisfaction feedbackTraining on our products, systems and scripts.A stable, long-term role in a growing D2C brand .Supportive environment – clear communication, not a toxic call-centre culture.Work Timings Monday to SaturdayGeneral shift timings (for example) : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PMLocation : Sector 70, Noida (In-office)How to Apply Please apply to the Link and we will connect after shortlisting
