Location : Chennai (Siruseri)

Experience- 10–18 Years (Minimum 4 years in leadership / team management roles)

Qualification : CA / MBA (preferably from top-tier institutes)

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, investment decisions, and operational excellence. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the COO / CEO.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Drive capital investment decisions and strategic financial initiatives

Implement financial models, due diligence processes, and performance tracking for acquisitions or partnerships

Oversee vendor management, compliance, audit processes, and MIS reporting

Ensure effective cash flow management and allocation strategies

Align finance strategy with senior leadership expectations and business goals

Streamline financial processes to enhance operational efficiency

Manage external and government audit interfaces where applicable

Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
