Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows / Linux / Mac).
• Administer servers, networks, storage, firewalls, and security tools.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control models.
• Handle backup, restore, disaster recovery planning, and data protection.
• Perform regular system audits, updates, and security patches.
• Configure and maintain virtualization environments (VMware / Hyper-V).
• Support cloud-based systems and services (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Monitor network performance and optimize reliability.
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated IT issues.
