Mdm Subject Matter Expert ( Clinical Domain & Rnd)

Someone with hands-on experience in building MDM capabilities, ideally in R&D environments.

o The SME should help guide the strategy, review the current roadmap, and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.

o Lead and guide the strategy for Master Data Management (MDM) within R&D clinical research domain.

o Review and enhance the current MDM roadmap to improve scalability and operational efficiency.

o Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate MDM implementation and reduce bottlenecks.

o Provide hands-on support in building and operationalizing MDM capabilities.

o Ensure alignment of MDM practices with clinical data lifecycle processes such as site selection and investigator mapping.

o Expertise in mastering "Study" and other domains

o Minimum 6-8 years of experience in MDM, with hands-on implementation expertise in clinical development entities.

o Strong domain knowledge in clinical research and R&D data lifecycle

o Working knowledge of MDM platforms such as Reltio or similar

o Ability to translate business needs into scalable MDM solutions.

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
