Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Finance Management Trainee based in Gurugram. The Finance Management Trainee will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, assisting in accounting processes, and generating meaningful financial insights. The role also involves collaborating with various teams, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes through effective communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles with a strong understanding of Financial Statements.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data effectively.
Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and articulate financial insights clearly.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and manage time efficiently.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications like CFA or CPA are an advantage.
Not more than 2-3 years of experince.
