Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes.
Skills and Qualifications
1-8 years of experience in customer support or related field.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.SALARY : - 7.5 CTC AND INCENTIVES
