Work Schedule & Availability : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

• Work Days : 6 days a week ( Sunday is a fixed off ).
• Wider Window : Flexibility is required for tasks / urgent follow-ups as per Business Requirement

About the Role

As an Admission counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your role is to engage with potential students over phone calls, understand their needs, explain our courses, and drive admissions through consultative selling . You will be making 80–100 calls daily , ensuring consistent follow-ups, and meeting monthly enrollment targets. This role is highly focused on sales conversion and achieving aggressive targets.
