About the Role
We’re seeking an HR Intern who’s organized, proactive, and eager to support our hiring and HR operations while learning the nuts and bolts of team-building in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Post open roles on platforms like LinkedIn and track all applications
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on defined role criteria
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams
- Assist with onboarding documentation and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain applicant tracking in Google Sheets or an ATS to ensure auditability and transparency
- Liaise with internal teams (strategy, content, admin) to collate interviewer feedback
- Handle basic candidate and staff queries via email or chat
- Support onboarding activities and internal team sessions
- Collect applicant feedback to improve job descriptions and hiring processes
- Prepare simple reports or dashboards outlining recruitment metrics
- Be self-driven—take ownership of tasks, learn quickly, and communicate clearly
Requirements
Freshers or early-career students in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldsFluent in English and Hindi;organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using email, Google Docs / Sheets, and scheduling toolsQuick learner who can adapt to ATS tools and HR communication workflowsCurious about recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and building efficient processes
