Event Marketing Lead

JOB PURPOSE :

The Marketing Manager will execute integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive exhibitor, delegate and visitor growth for the energy event in India.

This role requires a hands-on marketer experienced in digital performance campaigns, database growth, marketing automation and content execution for B2B events.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Integrated Campaigns : Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, search, digital display, and partnerships to achieve audience and revenue targets.
• Digital Marketing Execution : Deliver paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), SEO optimisation, and remarketing activities. Track, analyse and optimise performance to improve ROI.
• Database Growth & Segmentation : Build, verify, and expand target databases using internal records, industry directories, content leads and partnerships. Manage segmentation, scoring, and campaign targeting.
• Email Marketing & Automation : Build and deploy automated email journeys and nurture flows to convert leads and re-engage past audiences. Monitor metrics and optimise performance.
• Website & Content Management : Maintain and update web content, landing pages, and event listings to ensure accuracy, engagement and strong conversion performance.
• Analytics & Reporting : Maintain weekly Excel-based dashboards on campaign performance, audience data and lead generation;

provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge : Event marketing experience

Minimum Experience : 2+ years in mid manager level in event marketing
