About Bharat Intelligence
Bharat Intelligence is building India’s first AI-powered Rural Labour Operating System — organising 14 crore agricultural labourers into a structured, skilled and dignified workforce. Our mission is to become Maharashtra’s labour grid for agriculture, ensuring farmers get timely, high-quality labour and workers receive stable, predictable incomes.
We are growing rapidly across Maharashtra’s horticulture belts and are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our full-funnel growth engine across both farmers (demand) and labour (supply).
Role Overview
This role owns the end-to-end demand generation charter for our labour marketplace. You will design and execute Bharat Intelligence’s full omni-channel acquisition strategy — across digital, WhatsApp, video, rural on-ground channels and partnerships — while also shaping our brand narrative across Maharashtra.
This role requires someone who can blend creativity with analytical rigour, understands rural behaviour, and is comfortable spending time on the ground. You will work directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams to build a predictable pipeline of farmer bookings and labour onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Omni-Channel Demand Generation
Develop and manage a holistic growth strategy to acquire both farmers and labourers. This includes WhatsApp outreach, YouTube and short-form video, Meta and Google advertising, rural activations, missed-call funnels, voice campaigns and village-level engagements.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan thematic and seasonal campaigns aligned with the agriculture calendar. Produce high-quality content in Marathi, manage creatives, build funnels, set up campaigns and convert leads to active users.
Performance & Analytics
Own all growth metrics. Build dashboards, analyse campaign data, monitor CAC, conversion rates and retention. Run structured A / B tests and continuously optimise channels.
Rural Marketing & Field Activation
Work closely with ground teams to execute offline strategies : village meetings, poster campaigns, partnerships with CSC operators, mandis, sarpanch networks and targeted outreach in tribal and agricultural clusters.
Content & Brand Narrative
Develop farmer-friendly and labour-friendly content that builds trust. Create videos, scripts, case studies, reels, WhatsApp flows and simple explainers that communicate our services clearly in Marathi.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Operations, Sourcing, Product and Leadership to understand demand cycles, identify high-opportunity clusters and align marketing strategy with field execution.
