Job Title : AI Developer – Agentic / GenAI

Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune

Experience : 3–7 Years

Employment Type : Permanent

Job Description :

Build and deploy agentic applications using LLMs and advanced GenAI / AI frameworks

Develop MCP-compatible servers and integrate agents with enterprise platforms (ERP / CRM / HCM)

Implement RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent systems

Fine-tune LLMs, optimize agent behavior, and improve response consistency

Design and execute agent evaluation pipelines , scoring logic, and debugging workflows

Perform functional, regression, and adversarial testing for agent reliability

Implement observability, monitoring dashboards, and feedback loops

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders

Participate in demos, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder interactions

Mandatory Skills :

Strong proficiency in Python for backend, AI, and agentic development

Hands-on experience with agent frameworks : LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar

Experience with cloud GenAI platforms :

AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Cognito, SageMaker, Inferentia)

or Azure (Azure OpenAI)

or Google Vertex AI

Strong understanding of RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, autonomous agents

Experience with vector DBs, graph DBs, ingestion pipelines

Containerization & deployment skills : Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD

Experience integrating agents with MCP servers, APIs, enterprise data systems

Knowledge of responsible AI , GDPR, CCPA, bias mitigation & explainability

Experience designing evaluation frameworks , scoring functions & debugging tools

Preferred Skills :

AI / ML certifications from AWS / Azure / Google Cloud

Exposure to multi-cloud AI architectures

Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana)
