Team Lead Communications

Key Responsibilities :

1. Communication campaigns : Develops and delivers a communication strategy for specific grant / s including initiatives for narrative change through mainstream media engagement, social media, events, knowledge products, influencer engagement etc. Manage media partnerships and agency relationships. Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize strategy.

2. Business communication : Oversees management of day-to-day online presence for specific grant / s (website, Instagram, X, LinkedIn etc.) including content calendars and scheduling. Monitors analytics and engagement to optimize strategy.

3. Partnerships : Scopes, onboards and manages key partners to deliver project outcomes. (Partners can include non-profits, companies, consortiums, government, funders etc.)

4.. Capacity planning : Assigns work effectively to team members while ensuring their professional development. Identifies and onboards consultants, vendors and partners as required to supplement skills required to deliver project outcomes.

5. Knowledge Management : Develop and oversee knowledge outputs, including case studies, good practice documents, toolkits, and other kinds of documentation.
