Xylem Learning is expanding, and we’re looking for energetic, student-focused Academic Counsellors to guide aspiring learners and support enrolment growth across our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents through inbound & outbound calls
• Understand academic needs and recommend suitable Xylem programs
• Confidently present and promote course offerings
• Build strong rapport with students and families to support decision-making
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams
• Share insights to improve conversions and enhance the student experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

good English communication is a plus
