Solutions Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise, crafting tailored solutions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Solution Development : Understand client needs and requirements to develop customised solutions using Chat360's product offerings.
• Technical Expertise : Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Product Demonstrations : Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Chat360’s solutions.
• Proposal Development : Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and other sales documents.
• Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation.
• Market Insight : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights during the sales process.
• Feedback Loop : Gather and relay client feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of Chat360's offerings.
