Associate Director (Retail CPG domain)

REQUIREMENTS :

• Experience : 13 Years
• Strong background in project and program management.
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Proven prior experience in the Retail CPG and e-Commerce business domains.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team of 60-70 resources.
• Direct experience handling a project portfolio of $10M to $15M.
• Strong background in project delivery team building and operational management.
• Experience in setting up or running a new office location is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven entrepreneurial and proactive leadership mindset.
