• Scoping and scanning the market with focus on Large Corporates / SMEs / New Age Companies / Stressed Clients
• Continuous engagement with internal relationship and coverage teams
• Developing pitches with financing solutions and financial modelling
• Deep coverage of CFOs / treasury teams for origination of transactions
• Understanding of various products like Loans, NCDs, Sub-debt, Quasi Debt etc. to be pitched to both Issuers / Borrowers and Investors
• Keeping track of various transactions happening in market
• Working with sales team and prospective investors for placements
• Closure of deal including structuring , sanctions, documentation and funding
• Working independently as well as in a team
• Established track record of origination / structuring of deals
• Good understanding of underwriting and documentation
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
