Trademark Prosecution Specialist

1. Core Focus on Trademark Prosecution Matters including Client Counseling for Trade Mark Filings, Drafting responses to examination reports, handling oppositions, handle TM Portfolios, draft / issue C&D notices, and attending hearings at the TM Registry. Additional responsibilities would include Drafting / Vetting of all types of Commercial Contracts / Agreements, Trade Mark / IP Litigation, handing Court proceedings.

2. Location would be Gr. Noida office of K&K, and therefore requesting only candidates who are comfortable with Gr. Noida office location to apply.

3. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of core experience in all facets of TM Portfolio Development and Management matters and should be well aware of the TM Act and all procedures that form part thereof.

4. At least 2-3 years of strong relevant experience in above-mentioned operation areas.

5. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills, should be willing to work independent as well as in a team.

6. Should not have any ego / hangover of a previous job / position. Should be willing and open in participating in business development mandates.
