Senior Data Engineer MS-Fabric & PBI Specialist

1 . Strategic Data Engineering & ETL Development

Design develop and maintain complex ETL processes and end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Synapse MS Fabric Azure Data Factory Data Lake and Databricks.

Ensure data quality consistency security and scalability anticipating future requirements and potential challenges.

2. Advanced Data Modeling & Reporting

Lead the creation of robust reusable and efficient data models to support enterprise-level analytics.

Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions across business units.

Establish best practices standards and methodologies for modeling version control

3. Business Partnership & Analytics Leadership

Collaborate with business stakeholders at all levels to define KPIs business logic and analytic requirements.

Act as a trusted data advisor guiding stakeholders on innovative uses reporting solutions.

4. Governance Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure strict adherence to data governance security and compliance policies.

Identify and implement process improvements automation and advanced analytics solutions.

Stay updated on emerging technologies tools and methodologies introducing innovations that improve efficiency and insight delivery.

What are we looking for

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

7-8 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer working with the Microsoft stack (e.g. Azure Synapse SQL Server Azure Data Lake Azure Data Factory ETL Databricks MS Fabric)

Coding expertise in SQL Spark SQL familiarity with Python

Strong proficiency in Power BI including DAX Power Query and data visualization best practices.

Solid understanding of data modeling data warehousing and dimensional modeling.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and version control (e.g. Git Azure DevOps).
