Imaging Endpoints is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts; London, UK; Leiden, Netherlands; Basel, Switzerland; Hyderabad, India and Shanghai, China. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Database maintenance and support. Assists in setting up and maintenance of production databases.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and system issues.
• Responds to alerts triggered by failures or warnings in the IT environment : network, storage, backups, servers, databases, etc.
• Performs preventive administration duties to ensure the availability of servers and databases in the data center.
• Works with application administrators for the support and maintenance of various applications such as OsiriX, PACS, Mint Lesion, etc.
• Provides support to various tools used by IT to perform user management functions.
• Ensures backups are successful and recover data as needed; participates in disaster recovery activities.
• Follows SOP documents and provides feedback for process improvements.
• Provides after-hours support.
• Other duties as assigned.
