Job descriptionBachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer Expertise in software development, with a focus on exploring new technologies, prototyping, and experimental software projects. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability. Ability to translate product requirements into technical requirements
Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
- Provide technical solution analysis and recommendations.
- Work closely with your team in solving problems, debugging issues, and guiding their development efforts
- Work with Manager, R&D to define strategies, goals, and objectives to align with business priorities and drive innovation.
- Manage research projects and allocate resources effectively to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the R&D team.
