Job descriptionDevelop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. Conduct variance, trend, and sensitivity analyses to identify business opportunities and risks. Deliver insightful financial reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings. Ensure accuracy in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Supervise payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance. Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Drive cost optimization and ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements. Oversee funding activities, banking operations, and liquidity management. Evaluate financial performance using KPIs and metrics. Provide value-adding insights for improving profitability, efficiency, and business outcomes. Partner with leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives. Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements. Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for timely compliance. Leverage financial analytics and automation tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Implement process improvements and best practices across finance functions. Strong understanding of FP&A, accounting, P&L, cash flow, and budgeting. Excellent command over financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel or BI tools. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills. Strategic mindset with a focus on business value creation. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; MBA (Finance) or CA preferred. 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, and accounting management.
