🔎 About the Role :

We’re looking for a Program Manager who can coordinate sales programs end-to-end, manage the full sales cycle, track funnel performance, and drive business insights through MIS. If you enjoy bringing structure, coordination, and momentum to sales operations, this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete sales cycle (lead → proposal → closure)
• Plan & execute sales programs aligned to business goals
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, MIS, Product & Finance to ensure smooth delivery
• Track pipeline progress, remove blockers, and ensure funnel movement
• Prepare & deliver client proposals, pitches, and presentations
• Maintain strong client & internal stakeholder relationships
• Build & analyze MIS dashboards to drive insights & decisions
• Ensure CRM / MIS data accuracy and effective usage across teams
