Full-Stack Developer (3+ Years) – AiDOOS | Virtual Delivery Center Platform

About AiDOOS AiDOOS is building the world’s first Virtual Delivery Center (VDC) — a unified, cloud-native platform that orchestrates global talent, AI agents, and enterprise workflows. We are expanding our core engineering team to build scalable, AI-powered systems used by enterprises globally.

Role Overview We are looking for a strong full-stack developer who can independently design, build, and deploy production-grade applications across backend, frontend, and data layers.

Responsibilities Build and maintain backend services using Python / Django and Node.js

Develop intuitive, high-performance UIs using React

Design and optimize relational + NoSQL databases ( MySQL, MongoDB )

Integrate AI / LLM capabilities into workflows (OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs, etc.)

Work closely with product / architecture teams to ship features end-to-end

Own deployment, debugging, and performance optimization

Write clean, reusable, well-tested code

Requirements 3+ years of hands-on full-stack experience

Strong expertise in Python-Django , React , Node.js

Solid knowledge of MySQL + MongoDB

Experience building scalable APIs and microservices

Familiarity with AI integrations (prompting, embeddings, Python AI libs)

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment

Bonus : experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS / GCP, microservices
