Sr, Client Executive (Agency Background)

Urgent opening for the Client servicing Executive / Manager (Agency Background) in Gurgaon Location.

1-2year experience (agency background preferred)

• Manage end-to-end client servicing and relationships to ensure the requirements of the client are being handled.
• Get detailed insight into the client's structure, strategies , Products and Marketing plans.
• understand the client retainer and non retainer contact terms of trade and Scope.
• Be the face of MRJ for the clients and address all the requirements the client may have basis the reatiner or non retainer contract signed.
• Ensure timely delivery of the service agreed upon with the client.
• Understand and download the client brief, and clearly follow up the charges and updates, if any.
• Coordinate with the creative team and other support team within the organization to get the required quality output for the client on time.
• follow-up the client road map calendar and take approval in advance to kick off the activities
• Ensure weekly and Monthly reviews with the internal team as well as the client to track the progress
• weekly / monthly performance updates to the client and the MRJ stake holder.
