The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT recruitment across diverse technology domains, proven delivery capabilities, and the ability to drive high-volume and niche hiring in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Handle mid to senior-level and niche technical requirements across multiple technology stacks.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networks, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate salary packages, manage offer rollouts, and minimize candidate dropouts.
