Role : Consultant / Senior Consultant

Job Location : Pan India

Job Responsibilities :

• Experience : At least 5 years of functional experience in HCM product suite modules such as Recruiting Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Security, Payroll, and Absence.
• Implementation : Experience in end-to-end implementations.
• Consulting Background : Preferred experience as an internal consultant or with a consulting / software organization in another ERP application (e.G., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian).
• Client Implementations : Involvement in at least 2 full cycle client implementations.
• Track Record : Proven success in implementing and supporting HCM solutions.

Other Qualifications :

Educational Qualification : BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA
