Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students to provide guidance on admissions policies and the application process. The role includes assisting with inquiries, conducting interviews, providing information about educational opportunities, and collaborating with other staff to achieve enrollment goals. The selected candidate will also contribute to outreach activities and maintain excellent customer service throughout the admissions journey.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students and colleagues
• Customer Service and Sales skills to address inquiries and promote educational programs
• Knowledge or background in Education to provide informed guidance to applicants
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and database management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or Communication is preferred
