Notice period - Immediate to 15 Days.

We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Test Lead with IAAP certification (CPACC / WAS / CPWA) who can spearhead accessibility initiatives across our digital landscape. In this role, you will lead a team of testers, ensure our products meet global accessibility standards, and champion accessibility awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, Section 508, ADA, ARIA standards across web and mobile platforms.

Lead and manage manual & automated accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse , etc.

Provide detailed remediation guidance to developers, designers, and product teams.

Prepare and deliver Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR / VPAT) for internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as an Accessibility Subject Matter Expert (SME) by conducting training sessions and fostering accessibility culture within teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience in accessibility testing.

Strong command of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, ARIA guidelines and accessibility best practices.

Practical expertise with assistive technologies : JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dragon, ZoomText .

Proficiency using automated tools like Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Accessibility Insights .

Experience in preparing VPATs / ACRs .

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory IAAP Certification : CPACC / WAS / CPWA .

Nice to Have

Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments with accessibility integrated into CI / CD pipelines .

Knowledge of multimedia accessibility requirements (captions, transcripts, audio descriptions).
