Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 12+ years of expertise in the automotive industry to lead complex industrial projects from concept through to release. The role requires a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, proven leadership in project execution and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure seamless project delivery by managing resources, risks and technical documentation while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency and compliance.

What you can expect

• Lead and coordinate engineering teams across crucial manufacturing processes
• Plan and initiate projects, including resource allocation, kick-off meetings and development of risk management strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals, schedules and deliverables
• Provide regular project reporting to management and customers
• Conduct project reviews, identify constraints and implement improvement measures
• Ensure efficient documentation and data management, enabling accuracy and traceability
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including DVP, DFMEA, PFMEA, drawings and control plan reviews
• Drive product design concepts through to release, ensuring quality, reliability and compliance with standards
