• We are seeking an IT Specialist I or II with 3–5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate is a specialist capable of solving well-defined but complex problems. You will work systematically, applying established methods, techniques, and tools (typically at a bachelor’s level of expertise) to deliver tangible, project-based results. You should be able to present professional arguments to support decisions and influence stakeholders effectively.
• A continuous focus on improving work processes is essential. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to learn new tools and scripting languages to automate manual tasks. You should be able to anticipate potential issues and understand the broader impact of your actions.
