Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive professional to handle end-to-end sales. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with pre-generated leads, understanding their needs, and converting them into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective clients to promote the agency’s performance marketing services (e.g., Paid Ads and Digital Marketing).
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and marketing goals, and effectively communicate how the agency’s solutions can add value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client on-boarding and satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
