Designation : Senior Art Executive &Video Editor
Role Overview :
We are looking for a multidisciplinary creative professional who will be responsible for both static and dynamic creative development — including graphic design and video editing — aligned with brand guidelines and
marketing objectives. This role requires a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of brand narratives, and proficiency in video post-production to bring compelling visual stories to life.
Software Proficiency :
The candidate should have hands-on experience with industry-standard post-production and design software, including the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), CorelDRAW , sound editing tools, and familiarity with AI-led design and editing tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
Language Requirement :
The candidate should have a good understanding of Gujarati to interpret client inputs or briefs where necessary. Proficiency in Hindi and English is essential for day-to-day communication and collaboration.

Brand Understanding & Alignment :
- Decode briefs provided by supervisors and clients to understand brand requirements, identity, and target audience.
- Maintain a strong grasp of the brand’s voice, tone, and visual guidelines to ensure all outputs — static, motion, and video — align with the brand’s ethos.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Creative Design & Video Execution :
Conceptualize and create static designs and dynamic creatives for various marketing platforms including social media, digital ads, email campaigns, etc.Undertake end-to-end video editing including post-production for digital assets.Collaborate with Video Producers, Animators, Creative teams, and Account Management to execute briefs effectively.Attend shoots, assist in decoding client briefs on-ground, and manage video deliverables post-shoot. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to shoot, with a good understanding of cameras, lighting setups, and on-site production requirements.Research & Innovation :
Stay updated on design, digital, and video trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to creative outputs.Research and understand the target audience to tailor messaging and visuals effectively.Analyze creative performance data to optimize future designs and videos for engagement and impact.Collaboration & Brainstorming :
Participate actively in brainstorming and ideation sessions with creative and production teams to develop impactful campaigns and content strategies.Work closely with cross-functional teams to finalize creative edits and ensure alignment on project objectives.Time & Project Management :
Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver within set internal TATs (Turnaround Times).Ensure timely completion and delivery of all creative projects while maintaining high quality standards.Process & Operations :
Adhere to internal SOPs for both design and video workflows.Ensure all work is delivered in compliance with documented processes and quality benchmarks.
