Company Description

A Mumbai-based Smoothie QSR.

Context :

We’re a 2-outlet smoothie QSR brand in Mumbai (Western Line), currently operating with a team of seven. Until now, most revenue has come from delivery + outlet walk-ins, but we’re now building a focused on-ground sales engine for gyms, offices, societies, college activations, events, etc.

Our products are fresh and not shelf-stable, so execution requires :

  • Cold logistics or on-site blending
  • Real coordination with our kitchen
  • Timely event setup and sampling
  • Beverages being sold / served in a way that maintains quality

So the role isn’t just pitching, it also includes activation planning, account servicing, and basic event / kiosk coordination (not manual labour, but ownership).

The goal is to build a repeatable local sales system and generate around ₹6L / month combined from both Borivali and Bandra in additional revenue within 2 months through partnerships, corporate drops, gym refrigerators (revenue share), pop-ups, kitty parties, bulk orders, etc.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Events Lead located in Mumbai. The Sales and Events Lead will be responsible for planning and managing events, driving sales initiatives, training team members, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, ensuring event execution aligns with business goals, supervising staff, and analyzing sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Experience in Sales and Training
  • Proficiency in Sales Management and team leadership
  • Ability to organize and execute events effectively
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under deadlines
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
