Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N2 / N3 or above).

The candidate will act as a bridge between Japanese stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth translation of business requirements into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements between Japanese and English for stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis, prepare BRD / FRD, and support solution design and testing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
