Manager - Quality Single Malt

Desired Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in malt operations, maturation, and blending. The ideal candidate should bring a strong technical background along with a passion for quality, ensuring that production runs seamlessly while meeting international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day malt operations , ensuring consistency, safety, and adherence to quality parameters.
• Manage the maturation process , including warehouse conditions, cask handling, and stock rotation.
• Lead and monitor the blending of liquor , maintaining the integrity of flavor profiles and product consistency.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with production, quality, supply chain, and other inter-departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for malt, maturation, and blending processes.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and product excellence.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
