Job descriptionCandidate must be from BPO only Should have proven experience of process mapping, eye for details. Should have deep understanding of areas where processes can be automated. Must have process transition experience. Should have excellent communication skills (Both eMail writing & speaking) MUST HAVE experience in preparing REPORTS & DASHBOARDS and its related tools. 3 -6 years of work experience and Freight Forwarding / logistics Industry exposure would be an advantage. Should be a good learner and willing to work from office full time.
About Client
Our client is one of the largest Air Freight Forwarder who is centralizing their processes in Mumbai Location
Role : Process Transition Specialist -
Shift Timing : 10 AM – 7 PM IST ( Mon – Fri ) - 2nd Saturday's holiday.
Salary : 5 – 7 Lakhs Per Annum (Fixed)
Mode : Work From Office
Location : Mumbai – Andheri East
Responsibilities :
- End to End Process Mapping
- Process time stamping / Productivity Calculations
- SOP & Training Plan Creation
- Identify heavy data entry areas and list out automation opportunities
- Work with Process delivery leader, Process Consultant and other stakeholders to ensure process from different cities are mapped correctly, SOPs created, Training plan ready.
- Track complete process transition end to end.
- Transition to complete in 60 days.
