Role Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves executing manual testing processes, developing and managing test cases, and supporting the overall quality assurance process to ensure high-quality deliverables. The role also requires analyzing test results, troubleshooting issues, and providing actionable feedback to the development team. The successful candidate will contribute to upholding product standards and driving continuous improvement in QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright, Jest and Postman.
• Conduct UI, functional, regression, integration, performance and security testing.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like JIRA and Bugzilla.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites to improve test coverage.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines for automated testing.
• Optimize test execution time and coverage.
• Performed static code analysis with linters to maintain high code quality and consistency.
• Provide feedback to development teams on potential improvements.
• Work closely with Developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align testing timelines with delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand requirements and design test scenarios.
• Engage with DevOps to enhance testing environments and deployment strategies.
