We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Architect to lead our software development efforts and drive architectural decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java technologies, system design, and cloud solutions, along with the ability to mentor teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.

📍 Location : Pune, India

⏰ Work Mode : Flexible office & remote

💼 Role : Java Tech Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java-based applications

2. Designing and implementing the overall system architecture, including selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and libraries

3. Good understanding of OOPS, Java, Springboot and Microservices and experienced in working with design patterns

4. Developing software architecture and integrating it into Java-based applications

5. Identifying business problems and designing solutions

6. Experienced in using code repository tools like Git or Bit bucket or GitHub.

7. Evaluating existing architecture systems

8. Understanding or any experienced with CI / CD build process

9. Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.

10. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks for projects.

11. Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality and standards.

12. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.

13. Stay updated with the latest trends in Java and related technologies.

14. Excellent communication skills
